HOW TO BUY

Shopping at BUVO is very easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. View the product/s you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail and the products’ back, composition, available sizes, reference code and price.
  2. Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to carry on shopping or to process the order.
  3. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process but if you wish to process the order, log in.
  4. Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click on “Process order”.
  5. Check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct.
  6. Select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Pay Pal.
  7. Confirm the order.
  8. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, but our products which are handcrafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as you haven’t processed your order.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

BUVO only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, you can contact our customer service.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box).

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made. Using a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping address during the order checkout will delay your order as we seek to obtain an alternate shipping address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Goods supplied to Europe will normally be delivered within 14 days of acceptance of order. Goods supplied to Rest of the world will normally be delivered within 21-28 days of acceptance of order.

What is the home delivery process?

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier’s web page) and finally the courier will call you or email to inform you of your delivery.

Returns

How do I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is to send back tho the same address that appears on the box that you received . Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding receipt. The charge of the returns is to the purchaser. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in selling condition with its tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within a week.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Yes, you have to pay the return cost.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.
